Her culinary journey began at Robert Morris University in 2014, where she earned her Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts. This was just the beginning of her educational pursuit. LaSandra's quest for knowledge led her to Governors State University, where she graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Applied Science.
After obtaining her degrees, LaSandra honed her culinary skills in various settings, including daycares and corporate kitchens. Here, she gained invaluable experience in plating, catering for events, precise food portioning, and mastering the intricacies of food allergy control. This diverse background allowed her to develop a unique set of skills, including the art of presentation, culinary creativity, and effective teamwork.
